OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS

BIRDIE VINTAGE reserves the right to revoke any offer or promotion if and when it deems appropriate, and without prejudice in any way to the rights of the consumer.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE AND RETURNS

You will have 7 days from receipt of the package to make your return. For any doubt or anomaly related to our articles or shipments, please contact us as soon as possible through our email. It is very important that you always indicate your order number. You will find the return instructions in your parcel. We can refund your money in the same way you made the purchase (excluding shipping costs). Items with a discount of 50% or more cannot be exchanged or returned. Intimate apparel and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. In case of return, BIRDIE VINTAGE, is not responsible for shipping (except for orders within the Spanish peninsula).
